We offer two kinds of wrap.

Freezer film with paper inside.

White butcher paper with the poly film inside.

 

Our processing charges are,

Beef kill & offal charge $45.00 per head.

Carcass processing on beef as a whole or half per pound

.46 for freezer film

.51 for white butcher paper

Carcass processing on beef as quarters or thirds per pound

.49 for freezer film

.54 for white butcher paper 

Patties .48 cents per pound.

No charge for tenderizing the round steak.

Other tenderizing .35 per pound

 

Pork kill & offal charge $25.00 per head.

Carcass processing on pork per pound

.48 for freezer film

.53 for white butcher paper

Curing meat .48 cents per pound.

Patties .48 cents per pound.

Tenderizing .35 cents per pound.

Stuffing sausage or bratwurst .65 cents per pound there is a 20 lb minimum.

NO charge for seasoning, or boning.

 

Kill & Cool charges for Hogs that are for hog roasts or you to cut up yourself.

Whole hog  $50.00

Hog cut in half  $55.00

Hog cut in chunks  $65.00

 

We no longer offer kill and cool for beef.
