We have four price ranges for basic deer processing in 2009.

$65.00 Fawn                                                

$90.00 Medium

$110.00 Large

$125.00 Extra Large

$25.00 to save the cape from deer

Basic processing includes, 

       Steaks from rear legs

       Boneless Chops from loin along backbone

       Roast from rear leg and front shoulder

       Ground in 2lb packages with or without beef suet(fat)

$25.00 discount if you have your WHOLE deer made into any of the following products.

Salami is in 3lb rolls.

Salami with pork                $2.20 lb on Finished Product                              10 lbs of deer makes approximately 18 lbs Cost $39.60

Salami & Cheese with pork     $2.50 lb on Finished Product                         10 lbs of deer makes approximately 18 lbs Cost $45.00

Salami with beef                 $2.30 lb on Finished Product                            10 lbs deer makes approximately 15 lbs. Cost $34.50

Salami with beef &jalapeno    $2.50 lb on Finished Product                            10 lbs deer makes approximately 15 lbs. Cost $37.50

Bratwurst or Italian       $2.10 lb  on Finished Product                            10lbs deer makes approximatley 19 lbs.                                                         6-quarter pound links in a package Cost $39.90

Jerky     $3.25 lb. on Raw Deer    10lbs. of Deer makes Approx. 4 lbs of Jerky in 1 lb. bags. Cost $32.50

Snack Stixs Regular Mild or  Hot $2.85 lb on Raw Deer       10 lbs deer makes approximately 8lbs                             One pound in a package. Cost $28.50

Deer Sausage (Mild or Hot)  $1.60 on Finished Product  5 lbs of deer and 5 lbs of sausage makes 10 lbs deer sausage in 2lb package Cost $16.00  In 5 lb increments only.

We will be open special hours on shotgun weekends.

Nov. 20, 21, 22 -- 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 Dec. 3, 4, 5, 6 --- 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 

Our regular hours are:

Mon. - Fri. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sat. 9 a.m. to noon

We are open the Friday and Saturday after Thanksgiving.8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
