Our Employees

Our employees are very valuable to us. They keep our plant running smooth. They keep us on our toes and can tell us when we are incorrect.

Tim Janssen has worked here 12 years. He bones and helps do many other things. He worked at Golden for many years.

 Jessica Burget  wraps, answers phone and waits on customers. She has been here several years and can answer most of your questions.

 Jalaine Shults  wraps and is learning the ropes of waiting on customers and taking instructions.

Eugene Moore is boning and helping with cleaning.

Reid  Houser works here at deer season.

Kim (Heitz) McBride works here at deer season.

Our Company

Doug and Terri Houser started in the meat processing business in 1986. We have since expanded the business we bought. In 1990 we purchased an additional building which allowed us to make our own cured products. We make our own ham, bacon, salami, jerky, snack stixs, smoked sausage, ring bolonga, corned beef, dried beef, roast pork, BBQ pork. In 2002 we added our retail shop.
